These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Digital East Midlands at https://www.digitaleastmidlands.uk/ (the "Site"), operated by Digital East Midlands ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site and at least 18 to create a business listing or make a purchase. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it, scrape it, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.

Business listings and claims

If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. We may edit, refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.

Reviews and user content

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share it on and in connection with the Site. Content must be honest, lawful and must not be defamatory, misleading, abusive or infringe anyone's rights. We may moderate or remove content.

Paid plans and advertising

Prices, features and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Third-party businesses and links

Listings, offers, jobs and events are provided by third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their products, services, or any dealings between you and them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design and content (other than user content) belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Site or any listing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
