We also re-entered my dream together, and she gently guided me to reflect on what questions I would ask my spirit team if I were to meet them again in another dream. Fantastic experience/session with Giorgia! I felt very relaxed and comfortable with her whilst she guided me through dream meditation over zoom! I have never done meditation over zoom so this was a new exciting experience for me. What i got out of it was special and truly an experience i had never felt before and will never forget! I really didn’t know what to expect from my session but I can honestly say it was brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone who experiences dreams that they’d like to make sense of. The dream we explored was quite a disturbing dream that has played on my mind since I experienced it. Georgia helped me to explore parts of the dream that seemed irrelevant and by doing this I now interpret my dream from a completely different perspective. I have learnt techniques to help me unpick and analyse my dreams and help me understand why I have had particular dreams, and the messages my subconscious mind is giving me.
